Co - Curricular Achievements
Co - Curricular activities are the Hall mark of Florence. Rhyme time for nursery kids, singing, cookery, fancy dress, painting, flower arrangement, dress & jewellery designing, elocution, just a minute, Inter house quiz and debate are some of the competitions held every year.
- Science and behavioural science projects of our school are selected by IRIS at the National level every year. Our students also have represented our school at the national level.
- Patience for peace was a community and environment based project which won the most inspiring award at Gujarat in DFC competition last year.

The students of Florence Public High School participated in various competitions organized by Karuna Welfare Association of Karnataka.
It gives us Immense pleasure to announce that our students have got three rolling trophies in English , Kannada and Hindi Essay writing competitions.
Khuratulayun Mohamed (X A3) has got the first place in English Essay , Sarah Kulsum (X A4) and Afrah Tarannum (X A4) have got first and second place in Hindi Essay and Saanvi Srisha (IX A2) has got the first place in Kannada Essay and Hashica (X A2) got second place.
Sharan Raj (IX A4) and Hamdaan Shahi (VIII A1) won second and third place in Spot Quiz competition. Advaith Gowtam (VIII A1) and Alvina Jose (VIII A1) won certificate of Appreciation for their effective participation.

We are proud to acknowledge Aishwarya Mahadev of 9th std, who has participated in the 3rd National Dance Contest and Festival 2019 organised by Akhil Natarajam Antar Sanskrutik Sangh on 3rd November at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad and won the second prize in the solo contemporary event in the junior category at the national level.
A promising dancer, she's passionate about her art and willing to work hard to attain perfection in her chosen field. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Yuktha Madhu of Std. IX ICSE. She has acted in two films that is Asathama Sadgamaya and Savithri Bai Phule. The poster is of Savithri Bai Phule.
Our students participated in the Inter school 'Blossoms Fest - 2017' organised by the Acharya Pathsala School and won the Rolling trophy. There were two groups who participated in the Group dance event. Girls group performed a fusion of semi classical and Hip - Hop while the boys group did a fusion of Contemporary and Western. The girls group bagged the I prize and the boys group were awarded the consolation. In the RJing event the team of Sadaf and Ranvir Singh bagged the first prize. The students were awarded Merit Certificates and the Rolling Champions trophy for the school.
We are proud to Clarify that Maazulla Khan of IX A2 represented our school in the inter school quiz competition conducted by the Deccan Herald [DHIE]. He is the runner up among 100 schools and 326 students who participated in the senior category.

We are glad to acknowledge Saleha Mariam of 8 ICSE who had participated in the Albert Barrow Memorial All India Inter - school Creative Writing Competition 2015 conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination and won the fifth rank at the national level. Her essay was adjudged the fifth best among thousands of essays from all over India in the category – Section 2.
We are glad to acknowledge Sneha R of 8 ICSE who has represented Karnataka in the 12th World Kannada Cultural Convention held at Sharjah during the month of November and is awarded with a certificate and memento for her excellent performance in classical dance.
We are proud to clarify that Raina successfully met all the challenges and is an aspiring journalist today, having learnt how to report and edit stories, write reviews, new features, design colorful and reader friendly pages. We wish her all the best in her future.
