Teachers rightly are the architects of the nation. They silently shape the destiny of the nation in the classroom by moulding the overall personality of children. Florence is glad that teachers at Florence work together towards a common vision. They believe that "each child is unique" and bring out the hidden talent in him.

Florence is proud to say that its backbone is the well qualified teachers who are our best faculty members. Our teachers believe that the classroom activities and the involvement of parents help our children achieve excellence in academic as well as the extra curricular activities. Our school trains all the teachers to deal with the children in a different way and counsel them from time to time, so that the children gain confidence, develop their innate abilities. It also help them to face life with determination, compassion, and develop positive attitude. It is no doubt very difficult to deal with adolescents and teenagers but our teachers are the best mentors, guides, philosophers and also the friends who help the children to come out of their problems and share their views and opinion without any fear.
